    Hi,

I am a mom of 4 who is dedicated to helping other moms take care of themselves so they can be healthy and happy moms.

Every friday morning, I am hosting a coaching calls for moms, helping them navigate through their feelings and creating a support community.

Here what the moms say about these calls –

“Early this year, I had a moment when I realized that I had lost sight of who I was as a person. I had become a mother just over a year ago and had been so consumed by my new role of “mom” that I had somehow become unhappy with myself. I feel that being a new mom is both full of wonder, and really hard. At the time, I was feeling confused, guilty, and overwhelmed. So, I began to seek opportunities to support myself in the role of motherhood and I am so thankful to have found Relli's coaching call for moms. This teleconference is so easy to add to my already busy schedule because I don't have to leave my house if my son is napping and I don't have to worry if I didn't have time to brush my teeth. After my first call with Relli and the other moms I felt that I could breathe again! The calls are focused on positive and proactive ways to manage being a mom and being your own productive person. Relli's coaching and the support of other mother's have provided me with the confidence to move forward with love and the intention to enjoy each moment of motherhood for what it is.”

    “Hi Relli,
Thank you so much for your coaching. The Friday calls have come to mean so much to me – and I absolutely cannot believe that you host them for free. What a great heart you have in just wanting to help moms do this hard work.

After our last call, I realized how much of my mom's influence in my life growing up has affected me. She raised me in a bubble of fear.
She was always afraid I was going to get hurt, get sick, and even die. I swore that I would NEVER raise Delilah under such fears, and here I am – afraid of her getting sick because my biggest fear is losing her. This was a huge eye opening revelation for me. Now, the really hard work must begin for me to change this pattern.

    Thank you again,Gina”

Relli– I love the coaching calls! the coaching call feels so
supportive. It helps me feel calm and cared about. Many of the things
that are said I may already know on some level but I love the way it is said and somehow the wisdom hits me on a deep level. I truly appreciate the dedicated hour to focus on us– the mommies. I feel happy after I hang up.

Be well and thank you for all the care and attention you put into the coaching calls.

    Hi Relli,

“If motherhood is the game of life, then Relli Siegel is the coach of the year. Since my son was only weeks old and in the throws of colic, Relli has been a valuable resource for me. As a first-time mother I felt the usual variety of feelings: exhaustion, anxiety, and self-doubt. But with Relli's keen wisdom, encouraging voice, and spiritual compass, I gained more and more confidence as a mother, more trust in my instincts. Relli is a thoughtful facilitator, allowing all conference participants to be heard and ideas connected. She is organized yet organic in her sessions. Knowledgeable, authentic, and most of all, kind; these are the words I would use to describe Relli Siegel.”

In service, and thank you for serving moms, Relli
