I guess this isn’t much of a “Wordless” Wednesday. But it is Wednesday so I am going to post it as a “Wordless” Wednesday, just so I can participate.

Everyone should have breakfast every day. It is the most important meal of the day. If you don’t eat breakfast you could gain weight instead of losing it.
