New Book Offers Real Solutions to Maintaining a Healthy Weight Naturally

One third of adults in the United States today are overweight or obese. According to The National Institute of Health the rate of obesity has almost tripled since 1960.  Even though more people are dieting and gym memberships are on the rise we are still fat and getting fatter.  Packaged foods full of chemicals and calories full our grocery store shelves, we sit in cars going to work and then sit for another eight hours.  After work we sit again in front of our television or home computer.  It is not surprising that Americans are overweight and obese.

Anyone can lose weight by cutting calories and exercising more but our culture makes it difficult for us to keep the weight off.  Dr. Stan Spencer provides natural solutions to staying thin in the new book, “The Diet Dropout’s Guide to Natural Weight Loss: Find Your Easiest Path to Naturally Thin.”  This book is not intended to help obese people lose weight instead it is written for those that have lost weight but are unable to keep the weight off.

Our ancestors ate natural whole grains, fruits and vegetables and lean meats.  Less calories were consumed and people traveled by foot.  If we make lifestyle changes emulating those of our ancestors our bodies will naturally burn fat and we will keep it off.

There are hundreds of diet books but “The Diet Dropout’s Guide to Natural Weight Loss,” is the only one that combines the solutions found in all the best selling diet books into one easy to follow guide.  Dr. Spencer provides answers to every dieter’s most common questions including, the facts behind emotional eating, how to curb cravings, ways to boost your metabolism and delicious healthy recipes.

In order to make a permanent change in the obesity statistics in the United States every dieter must read this book.  “The Diet Dropout’s Guide to Natural Weight Loss,” provides practical tips that everyone can apply in their daily routines.
