    Yaay! These are great collection of energy boosters! Thanks for elaborating the benefits of these. Well for me green tea makes me feel stress free and refreshed after I take one in the morning. Apples, I always have them in my table, me and my kids love it. I haven't tried ginseng but some research says it's very good energy booster. And lastly I'm not just taking vitamin B12 but also the other B complex such as vitamin B1, B6, B12. Thanks very much for sharing this post.
