All of us are exposed to everyday stress, but moms seems to be more prone to suffer from it because the many responsibilities that they handle. Someone said that women are multi-tasking beings and this is probably for real. If you are a mom that has to rush their children every morning to get ready for school, prepare your husband’s breakfast and still have a thousand things to do before going to your own job or start cleaning the house, you know there is too much truth in that saying. Starting a new day might not be easy if you are feeling tired, frustrated, or suffering from a discomfort resulting from illness. However when you are healthy, your body produces the necessary stimuli to get up and yet your activities started with happiness that increases after eating a well-balanced breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day for you and your family as well.

It is never too late to review your habits, not just your eating and drinking habit, but also your sleeping, working and overall habits that are systematically part of your life. A happy mom should not carry a heavy load of stress, but for new moms and busy business moms lowering the stress charge is truly hard. There are many ways to cope with stress and become a happy mom, including enrolling in stress management programs that could be available through your health care system, or approaching your community center to learn about organizations that can help you to reduce this problem, while improving your overall health.
