Beyond Strong DVD Brings Total Body Fitness to Your Home
I love working out at home because it is inexpensive and fits well in my busy schedule. Sometimes I get creative and put together my own fitness program, but on lazy days I pop in a DVD or play an online fitness video. I am always open to checking out new work out DVDs and videos. Recently I had the opportunity to take a look at Beyond Strong On the Ball with Jessica R.
The DVD states that, “Beyond Strong, On The Ball is designed to create a balance of strength, endurance and flexibility while developing a strong and stable core. Using an exercise ball, light weights and your body weight this workout is designed to be a total body workout integrating the whole body and emphasizing proper body mechanics.” It is also supposed to work for all fitness levels.
I work out on a regular basis and have been for several years now. I consider myself at a more advanced fitness level. For someone like me, I found Beyond Strong, slow and way too simple. Jessica R does a great job explaining all the exercises and why it is important to do each one. Because the DVD is so detailed I believe it is best suited for someone just starting out with a fitness program. I can tell that Jessica is very intelligent and beginners can learn a lot from watching her DVD.
