Healthy Moms Magazine Founder to be Featured in the Happy Parents and Kids Summit
Happiness is a goal that everyone tries to achieve. We want to be happy in our home and family life and careers. When we are happy we are more confident and less stressed. According to the American Psychological Association (APA), 50% of Americans are concerned about the level of stress in their everyday lives (APA Survey 2004). No wonder we are also unhappy.

People who lead a healthy lifestyle are more likely to achieve happiness and be less stressed.  If you are unhappy your kids will notice at it will have a negative impact on their well being.  We all want healthy and happy kids.  Here at The Healthy Moms Magazine I work hard to provide useful information and tips to parents on how to maintain their health and make sure their kids are healthy.

I am honored to be featured in the Happy Parents and Kids Summit this August.  Beth Spicer from has put together a team of experts in fields of parenting to offer advice on how to achieve happiness.  Our interviews will be conducted over the phone and available to listen to online at a later date.
