After having to eat hotel junk food for breakfast every morning for a week I am back to  my healthy breakfast again.  This morning I cooked up egg whites, spinach, carrots and black beans on the stove top.  When I have extra time I will also eat a piece of fruit with my breakfast, like an apple, bannana, orange or grapefruit. What did you have for breakfast?
