AbCarver Pro Workout for Stronger Abs

Having giving birth to five children I’ll admit my abs are not as strong and tight as they used to be.  My core has always been my only trouble spot.  Now that I am adding an AbCarver Pro workout to my fitness routine I can feel my abs getting tighter.

During pregnancy a woman’s transverse abdominal muscles stretch out and separate to make room for the growing baby.  This separation is called a diastasis recti or separation of the recti muscle. A lot of women have a difficult time closing their gap after pregnancy.  This is why it is important for moms to abdominal exercises correctly and use the proper equipment to help close their diastasis.  If you recently had a baby or you have a diastasis experts recommend that you do not do crunches without the help of a splint and do exercises to engage the transverse muscle. You can engage your transverse muscle by sitting up and sucking in your belly at the naval.  This exercise is great, however it may take a long time before your gap is closed if you only sit and suck in your abs.

The AbCarver Pro workout forces you to use your transverse abdominal muscles in order to complete the exercise. If you have had a baby I recommend that you wear a splint or waist cincher when doing any form of abdominal exercises.

The Perfect Fitness Ab Carver Pro is designed using a kinetic “engine” carbon steel spring to turbocharge
your abdominal and arm workouts. When I performed the exercises outlined in the workout guide slowly I could feel my muscles working hard. All you do is kneel down on the floor using the provided knee pads, wind up the Perfect AbCarver, place your hands on the handles and roll it slowly forward and back. You must make sure your eyes are focused 1 ft. in front of the Perfect Ab-Carver, your elbows are in, you pull your navel toward spine, all while keeping  your knees hip-width apart and tips of feet on the ground.

It only took me about 20 reps to master this.  In order to get a complete ab workout with the Perfect AbCarver you should carve forward for 20 reps, then to the right for 20 reps and to the left for 20 reps.  So far I like how I feel after using this machine.  However, it may take a few more weeks before I see real results. The only thing that I don’t like about the Perfect Fitness Ab Carver Pro is that my hands and wrists hurt after using it. Overall, the AbCarver Pro Workout is pretty simple and I am confident that I will be able to add it to my regular fitness routine.
