Capsimax – Maximize Your Fitness Performance

I’ll admit I don’t workout as often as I should.  As a busy mom of five and running a successful online magazine, I only have time to workout 2-3 days a week.  My fitness program usually consists of a morning run and if there is time I will do 20 minutes of weight training afterwards. For example, in a randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study, 45 obese participants were assigned to receive a supplement containing Capsimax®, raspberry ketone, caffeine, garlic, ginger and citrus aurantium or a placebo. It has been about a month since I started taking Capsimax®. Even though I only take it before my morning run about 2-3 days a week, I have noticed that I have more stamina and energy for my workout. I haven’t lost any weight or gained any more muscle mass, however that is not part of my fitness goals at the moment.
