Sunflower – #WordlessWednesday with #linky on a Tuesday

I grew a beautiful sunflower this summer. It is over 6 feet tall and huge! A few storms passed through here in Chicago recently and the sunflower fell down and lost a few of it’s petals. So, today I propped it up with a stick, some twine and a couple of bricks. Now it is standing tall and pretty.

We have a sunflower in our backyard too. I really do love how big they get, and their bright color!
