When I was in college I didn’t eat much and certainly didn’t cook healthy meals for myself. Ramen noodles, pizza, baked chicken and simple casseroles were my staples. Back then I was young and cooking was not a priority. Looking back I kind of wish that it was.

Today I am older and wiser and understand the importance of cooking healthy meals and eating a variety of different foods. If you want the proper nutrition to remain healthy and strong and get through your day with energy you can not eat the same food every night.
