However, if you cannot manage gym equipment, try body weight exercises, such as push-ups and squats, which can be performed at home.  There is no need to kill yourself with intense exercise. You can stay fit with simple movements that challenge you. It is quite understandable why you may feel disappointed along the way, especially in the beginning when you may see few results. The key lies in staying motivated. The best way is to create goals and work hard to achieve them. For example, your goal can be to lose 2 pounds per week. While a loss of 2 pounds may not appear to be much, it may be just enough to keep you motivated and moving forward. When you achieve one goal, you will be ready to achieve the next. With this step-by-step mentality, you will be able to achieve your desired goal.
