1 brush of cauliflower, cook
1 cup of black beans
sprinkle of lemon juice
drizzle of olive oil (1-2 tsp)
1-2 tsp. ground flax meal (optional)
1 cup steamed or baked veggies of your choice
salt and pepper for taste
Cook the cauliflower, until it’s soft, place in cold water once it’s done.
Crumble the cauliflower in pieces until like looks like rice
Combine cauliflower, black beans, lemon juice and olive oil in serving bowl and mix well. Mix in veggies and eat warm or cold.
Add salt and pepper for taste
Great side dish fish, steak or tofu (optional)
