Shrimp Stir Fry

 

 

1 orange bell pepper diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 cups of broccoli diced
1 purple onion diced
2 cups of spinach
2 cups of rice your choice (brown is preferred)

2-3 Cups depending on rice directions and cook the veggies in veggie broth.
Heat up pan and add onion cook until tender
Add shrimp and cook until no longer raw
10-15 minute add broccoli cook for 10 minutes
Add spinach to rice mix add salt and pepper for taste.
